What data, and why
When you fill out the contact form, we collect the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, message). Purpose: to respond to your request and prepare a possible proposal. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Tool used
The form is managed via Google Forms. This site is static and stores no data. Data is transmitted and retained via Google Forms; Google acts as a data processor.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless an established business relationship exists.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Only BELFLOW and Google (Forms) have access to it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights: via the site's contact form or by email (see above).
